We’re giving back all of July

Helping people identify an exceptional real estate agent is professionally satisfying, but helping repair the world beats that. For that reason, through the month of July (2019) we will be contributing $250 for every qualifying real estate referral made this month to one of the following charities of the client’s choice:

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is the leading national not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by suicide.

The National PKU Alliance is a national non-profit organization formed to unite adults, families, regional and statewide PKU organizations, the medical community and industry to make a difference in the lives of people with PKU. Phenylketonuria (known as PKU) is an inherited metabolic disease affecting the brain through increased levels of a substance called phenylalanine (Phe) in the blood. An amino acid, Phe is a building block of protein and is found in all proteins, most foods, and in some artificial sweeteners.

The REALTORS® Relief Foundation is dedicated to providing housing-related assistance to victims of disasters.

The Nature Conservancy is a leading conservation organization working around the world to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.

The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic well being, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.

A qualifying real estate referral is one in which the initial contact with me was made within the month of July 2019 and that inquiry leads to the client being referred to a real estate professional who helps that customer close on a transaction by the end of July 2020. In the event of multiple transactions, the $250 contribution will be made on each transaction closed.
